tru that.........

Mitch put in his years and pretty much made his retirement by gettting a ring. Im sure several verterans will do what he is doing, sign for the minimum witht he Lakers, and win a ring on the bench. It isnt hard earned but i counts. He is a good guy so i like to see that

Yeah Congrats to Mitch. DO not like where he got his degree, K-state, but he is a very good player. I am glad he can get his ring, however, I just wished he would have played more. Too much of talent to be on the bench.

I am really happy for Mitch, one of the greatest #2 guards in the 90's and I'm glad he got that elusive ring.

Mitch had to suffer for years when the Kings were always in the cellar. Sometimes he could lift them to a playoff berth, but most times he could not. It's hard to carry a team and never quite get the supporting cast you need and that was a constant fact for Mitch.

Think about it, is Mitch really happy to get a ring when he only shows up for 2 fews in the entire NBA finals series? Man, it's a shame to get a ring this way, let alone he is not a true scrub.

Mitch Richmond was amazing, just last season he averaged like 15 per, I think that the Lakers should have used him, instead of George. Why?

If Mitch played more ad retired, then the Lakers got more for their money. Instead they let George play and boost up his stock, he is a free agent this season and has more teams asking for his service next season.
