I like Vescey as an analyst. He's fairly objective unlike most. What he said was spot on.

Ok, they had an discussion of the Heat and Pistons game that took place yesterday. My man, your man, our man, Andre Aldridge said he predicts the Nets and Pistons will meet in the ECF. Vescey agreed and Fred Carter was unspoken of. Then Vescey and Carter both basically said the heat are not as good as last year and have downgraded and Pat Riley is to blame. Well, Vescey said Cliff Robinson and him went out the other night and Vescey asked him "How do you stop Shaq?" Cliff responded "Twin goes one on one with him. I do also." Vescey said: Shaq will have his moments but he simply is not the dominate figure he once was. Besides the fatc that the Heat rarely go to him any more.
