Monmouth will start to look to pull away from the rest of the NEC with Monday's game against Robert Morris. This is a big game for the Hawks as they RMU enters Boylan at 3-1 in the conference. The another big game looms in 2 weeks at Boylan in what is the first of 2 meetings in a week's time between CCSU and MU. CCSU always seems to be a thorn in MU's side (not just bball either). However, MU cannot overlook any team. Every team in the NEC is capable of winning on any given night. Best of luck to all.

BTW, would Hamilton be considered the early favorite for POY? Followed up his 29 point effort with a 26 pt, 6 reb effort tonight.

Your right. Monmouth looks like the front runner now, but in this one bid conference the tourney is what counts. CCSU should match well against Monmouth, so you guys have to look out for that. Also, SFNY is really hot now and its a team CCSU can't seem to beat. Add in FDU and I think its going to be one of those 4 teams in the end.
