What happened to the fans in Boston? Did someone do something to the water?

During the hey days of the '60s, '70s and '80s, I can't ever remember seeing Celtics fans show so much ugliness. IMO, wife beater chants, heckling 3 year old kids and beer tossings gave Bostonians a black eye. :no:

Things certainly have changed, but there are still some classy fans. Its a shame that all of the fans have to be labled as people with no class because some of them act like idiots, and they really do act like idiots.

There will always be those "fans" that make it harder on all sports fans, the NBA included in that, naturally. The Celtics core of fans would never think of doing what some drunks think is their "right" to do and say.
