Clippers keep goals in mind

But with six games remaining, the Clippers are not shutting down for the season and looking only to the upcoming lottery selection and draft.
The Clippers also could finish with a better home record than Sacramento, Houston, Denver, Memphis and Minnesota, all of whom will finish the season with better overall records, and four of which will continue playing in the postseason. In addition, the Clippers are a half-game ahead of last year's NBA finalist, the Lakers.
"It's important for us to finish up the season strong, end on a positive note and to keep improving," Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy said. "A lot of people tend to shut it down at the end of the year, but we're a young team with goals to get better."

I like how the Clippers are not willing to give up just because they cannot make the playoffs. It is always good to see a team come out and play great. I hope though the injuries don't hurt the Clippers in the games that they should win.

Yes, it would be. And even better if they have a better off season than the lakers. Lakers are frozen in place barring a trade.
