NY Post - Allan Houston's medical retirement could be short lived as he is mulling a comeback. His knees are feeling better and is willing to play for the minimum.

But it looks like he'll join a coaching staff rather then play.

I would LOVE to see Houston come back but I don't think he'll ever make a big impact on any team again. His game is pretty reliant on his jump shot so maybe I'm wrong as he won't need to be explosive or drive to the hoop to make a difference, but I just don't see him being a major contributer again...
