Wow. A full quarter of the NBA's teams (8 out of 32) have made mid-season coaching changes. That seems like a lot.

It seems like this draft and offseason, with the added intrigue of coaching vacancies and a new Collective Bargaining Agreement could make for some serious drama.

Could the Blazers find a good new coach, come home with a beneficial CBA, get lucky in the lottery and make something out of their expiring contracts in the free agent market?
