For the fervent readers of this board, you may remember over the summer the little half-baked speculation some Vermont fans (including yours truly) cooked up about Notre Dame forward Omari Israel transferring to UVM...and then we all had a good chuckle when we realized he wasn't transferring and nothing ever came of it.
Well, it's funny how things come around again...over the weekend, I read that Omari Israel has *now* left Notre Dame, with the intent to transfer to another school.
Kinda funny, considering a hair-brained conspiracy theory led a few of us to believe he would transfer out of Notre Dame...only to have it actually happen a few months later. And let me go on record as thinking this has *nothing* to do with Vermont.
