One was a marine officer.

RALEIGH -- Two brothers were behind bars Sunday morning in connection with the shooting deaths of two young men outside Saturday's North Carolina State University football game.

The victims were part of a tailgate party outside the Wolfpack's season-opening football Saturday when they were shot.

They were identified as Kevin McCann, of Chicago, and a U.S. Marine officer, 2nd Lt. Brett Johnson Harman, of Park Ridge, Ill.

Wake County Sheriff Donnie Harrison says McCann died at the scene and Harman at a hospital.

Sheriff's department spokeswoman Phyllis Stephens said Tony Johnson was arrested early today in Wilson and his brother, Timothy, was arrested shortly before midnight in Raleigh.

Stephens said each man faces two counts of first-degree murder
