i always thought that passing/assists/assists turnover ratio etc..
is the most accurate stat to tell if a player is a smart player or not
obviously just because someone is a great passer doesnt mean they are smart player
and even more so a lot of very smart players are not great passers

but i think its the best stat out there that can judge

and obviously smart NBA players should be able to become good GMs coaches

here are the top 5 GMs/coaches
as far as their pass skills:
1.Isaah Thomas
2.Nate McMillan
3.Scott Skiles
4.Larry Brown
5.Mike Dunleavy

i guess larry bird isnt actually a gm?

he was great but not as good as those 5 IMO

at passing
obviously the best player
that is a GM right now
