Well not as much of a record as much as establishing himself as a legendary Celtic. It looks like at his current pace Paul Pierce will move into 7th all time in points scored as a Celtic by the end of the season behind Bill Russell, and right now is probably only about 3 games away from moving into the top 10 over Bill Sharman.

Code:
Points
1. John Havlicek 26,395
2. Larry Bird 21,791
3. Robert Parish 18,245
4. Kevin McHale 17,335
5. Bob Cousy 16,955
6. Sam Jones 15,411
7. Bill Russell 14,522
8. Dave Cowens 13,192
9. JoJo White 13,188
10. Bill Sharman 12,287
11.	Paul Pierce	12,205
So yeah, just thought it would be nice to have a thread to keep track of his place among the Celtics best.

If Pierce can stay in beantown for about 5 more years, then he could be in the Top 3.

I think Pierce has a fair shot at Parish by carrers end. Bird and Havlicek are quite a stretch. He will be around Cowens when this season ends.

Yup. At his current pace of approximately 1,700 points per season in 5 years he would around 20,000 points, 3rd all time behind Bird and Havlicek.

Given the fact that he is only 28, If he could stay in Boston for 7-8 more years he could possibly surpass Larry Bird.. Though it's highly doubtful that he will be around that long here in Boston, unfortunately.
