If the nets lose to the 76ers the next time they play, they are gonna be 2 vs 2 against each other, lets say they are going to be tied for 7th or 8th seed, who would get the higher seeed?

In the event two or more teams are tied in the standings, a series of tiebreakers are applied to determine which team receives the higher seeding.
Two-Team Tiebreaker
1. Better record in head-to-head games
2. Higher winning percentage in conference games
3. Higher winning percentage within division (if teams are in the same division)
4. Higher winning percentage against playoff teams in own conference
5. Higher winning percentage against playoff teams in opposite conference
6. Higher point differential between points scored and points allowed

Three-Team Tiebreaker
1. Best head-to-head winning percentage among all teams tied
2. Highest winning percentage in conference games
3. Highest winning percentage within division (if teams are in the same division)
4. Highest winning percentage against playoff teams in own conference
5. Highest point differential between points scored and points allowed
If the season ends today, the Sixers will get the higher seed based on the 2-team tiebreaker rule #2 (Sixers 23-17, Nets 22-19).

Philly is leading 16-4.

Piston looks like tanking the game, they don't like the Nets to be in the playoffs.

Sixers and Pacers needs to lose tonight.
And if possible, the Bulls too.

Too bad ZO couldnt hit a foul shot in the clutch early in the season vs Philly...or we wouldnt have to worry about the tiebreaker.

I knew when that game was over that it could really come back to haunt the Nets.
