TRADE ACCEPTED

ROSTER
PG Crawford, Mcinnis or Stoudamire
SG DA, Person
SF Najera (after injury), Patterson, Woods
PF Randolph, Davis
C ilgauskas, Stepania

IR Outlaw, Boomtje

PORTLAND
Portland gets ilgauskas, Crawford and Najera for Sheed
Najera has to come off the IR first but can be an effective energetic SF
Davis now backs up Zach at PF and reduces his minutes
Z goes to C as a shot blocker and some offense

DALLAS
Gets Sheed for Walker, Najera and prospect in Howard and filler in Best. Is this too much? I do not think so. Sheed will fit in better, and be abel to resign with them

CLEVELAND
Sends out Z and Miles gets Walker (A Sheed with longer length of contract) + a young prospect in Curry

CHICAGO
Sends out Crawford and Curry gets good prospect in Josh Howard, Darius Miles (whom they wanted earlier by rumors) and Best as a vet PG

THOUGHTS?

I actually for once like this Sheed trade...we get a good scrappy player ala Patterson in Najera...a BIG agressive point guard who can put the ball in the hole, who shouldn't be a defensive liability, and hopefully can make an entry pass, and one of the top centers in the game with a nice back to the basket game.

I agree that Chicago gets the short end in this deal but it might work if you also add in a pick going from us to them.

I agree that the Cavs are getting too much however if you take Curry out I don't believe that they'd do the trade at all. The Cavs already have Boozer at the 4.
