This is the excellent sample for Lakers to sign LeBron too.
This is the best proposal I have ever seen, but I have found out that some of them are clearly very wrong. (against cap rules, I will post later, not now).

Key factors:
1. Renounce Paul’s bird rights to remove his $39m cap hold and then sign him at a maximum of $18.6m per year for 5 years.
2. Trade Gordon and Tucker to the Cavs for Lebron. Lebron signs a sign-and-trade contract before getting traded for $26.9m per year.
3. Trading Anderson, Onuaku, cash and picks without getting salary back (eg to Sacramento or other teams under the cap)
4. Sign 3 UFAs at vet min (eg Wade, Green, Frye). Vet min players

I use Rockets cap expert as a sample:

1. sign Pul George at a maximum of $18.6m per year for 5 years.
2. Trade KCP and Randle to the Cavs for Lebron. Lebron signs a sign-and-trade contract before getting traded for $26.9m per year.
3. Trading Deng, Kuzma, cash and picks without getting salary back (eg to Sacramento or other teams under the cap)
4. Sign 3 UFAs at vet min (eg Wade, Green, Frye). Vet min players

Calculation for Rockets cap expert:
Chris Paul gets pay cut $112 million for 5 years. (205-18.6*5)
LeBron gets pay cut $97 million. (205-4*26.9)
