Saturday 3/4 Games

I'm told I will have control of 2 of the TV's at the Ole Hickory Tavern in Salamanca today.

I'm thinking of either watching this with Frotz at Angee's or with Lou at The Hickey (if he's open by 2:30).

These guards make me want to sob. They’re SO disorganized.

Need new ones.

I’ve never seen a Bona team—Sol years included—who so easily turned the ball over. Many of these are t being forced by pressure or defensive trickery. It’s telegraphed retard ball. GET ME THREE REAL GUARDS.

I can’t decide if David V will tell his son to go there because the opportunity is so abundant, or if he’ll tell him to run far away because he doesn’t want him playing with that.

I would say the former. Our wings and bigs are capable. Young, but capable and promising in some regards. The guards are stunningly inept. The carelessness with the ball? Picking up dribbles? Banks can go off from time to time, but he follows huge scoring efforts with RETARD BALL.

If we could bring in a couple of smart guards, I could twist my own arm into some mild optimism.

Due to the romp by the Rams of The Bronx today, they will take the third seed and the Billikens will be number 4. The Billikens will play the 2:00 game in Brooklyn on Thursday.

Just got back from Foggy Bottom. Traffic was awesome on 95. What did I miss?

Never thought we could get the three seed, believed we were a mid pack team. But we earned it and it’s been a great ride all year long. See everyone in Brooklyn but not until Thursday. 😏

Yep. No cruise control on the trip south. Awful stoppages as usual. A 1:50 minute trip took three and a half hours. Oh, one funny thing at the GW game...they handed out pennants with each proposed nickname. The Blue Fog pennants were hot commodities. That has to be the choice the way people were wanting those.

Glad I wasn’t able to watch.
