Yep. No cruise control on the trip south. Awful stoppages as usual. A 1:50 minute trip took three and a half hours. Oh, one funny thing at the GW game...they handed out pennants with each proposed nickname. The Blue Fog pennants were hot commodities. That has to be the choice the way people were wanting those.

One thing have found is that heading south if you take left exit 166 Woodbridge to route 1 and return to 95 at the Prince William parkway, you pass about 2/3rds of the congestion.

An even better suggestion is leaving DC at 11am on a Sunday...
