These are 10 men's college basketball teams who have slipped under the radar in recent years despite proving their bona fides, as ranked by NCAA.com's Andy Katz.
I agree that The Bonnie’s are under appreciated nationally.
It’s seems that calling some of these programs under appreciated is a stretch. Possibly over hyped?
I don’t get the Xavier thing either. I consider Villanova and Xavier as 1 and 2 in the BE. There are more than a few BE programs riding the coattails of Villanova and Xavier, and the old BE. Xavier has been winning big for thirty years
This sucks. I dont understand why they cant isolate and then test 2-3 days in a row and see if they all come back negative. This 2 week thing will submarine the season
Quarantine for us regular folks is 14 days. My nephew goes to Tennessee and he got out of his quarantine today. As he said, it sucks but I was able to get a bunch of assignments finished.
I hate to be negative but this season is going to be a mess.
Thanks to Jimmy Baron, Bona's, Dropping Dimes, and George's friend Jennifer Stauffer, Carter has a place to rest across the street from St. Bonaventure. It's a beautiful place, in which some of my errant golf shots on the 9th hole sometimes landed.
My old man moved there in the spring of 1984. You probably never disturbed him in Section 7. I doubt that one could have reached him with a prodigious slice off a driver. And you were probably hitting 3 iron.
No problem. I enjoyed reading about Mr. Carter. He played right here in Richmond with the Virginia Squires. The article was sad but at the same time hopeful. We always need to lift up our elders. Life gets in the way but taking time to help is something we all should strive to do. Kudos to the Bonnies.
Now that I have said that....can I get back to bashing you guys?
Carter was a beast and, yes, I saw him play. Tenacious rebounder. He played on some talented but under performing teams. His misfortune was playing for Weise before Weise learned how to coach.
