it is still pretyt early to be making fearless predictions(or any predictions for that matter) that be said, lets do it anyway!
MVP Candidates:
KG (watch for him to increase his ppg this year "I know you aint questioin my hunger!")
Duncan (until he gets a team around him, and tony parker speedy claxton and malik rose are NOT a team, he should be a continual MVP candidate)
TMac (hill or no hill, i expect him to just keep getting better)
Pierce (will lead league in scoring)
Marbury (yeah i know, but im predicting 25 and 8 and playoffs for the Suns because the west is gonna magically go to including ten teams in the playfoffs and the east is only gonna put in 6)
Fearless Prediction: Pierce, even with walker on his team, he is definitely the go to man and i think he might average close to 30 7 and 5 next year.
MIP Candidates:
Olowokandi (improved lots this season, has a very good low post game developign and will be a defensive anchor for the clipps)
Ricky Davis (21.6 ppg over the final 13 games of last season, im not execting Tmacs first year in orlando but around 20ppg wouldnt surprise me)
Qrich(he improved alot this year but hell keep getting better and better, should be the clipps number 1 offensive option soon)
Tim Thomas (just throwin him in, hell probably be in this category his entire career, but with big dog in trouble maybe hell get some shine next year)
Fearless Prediction: Kandi man, by the narrowest of margins over ricky davis.
6th Man of the Year Candidates:
MJ (said he wants to come off the bench, if he does is there anyway hew doesnt get this award??)
Terrel Brandon (also wants to come off the bench, but with billups gone hell probabyl start still so scratch him probably)
Adrian Grifin (depends on what theyre doing down in dallas, he could start, but he is a great player off the bench for them, can defend and score some.)
Fearless Prediction: MJ, if hes healthy and comin off the bench then this is his award.
Defensive Player of the Year Candidates:
KG (hes always mentioned here, but always someone better, if he doesnt get MVP he could take this one)
Ben Wallace (leading the league in blocks and rebounds again will be a challenge but he could definitely do it)
Theo Ratliff (if he ever gets healthy hes one of the best shotblockers in the league)
Kobe Tmac or Pierce (yeha i just needed someone who was a perimeter defender, bout time kobe or tmac stepped up and played some jordanesque D!)
Fearless Prediction: KG gets shut out of MVP, but takes home this one.)
Coach of the Year Candidates:
Alvin Gentry (clipps shoudl be playoff bound, so yeha he could get it)
Sidney Lowe (he coaches memphis right?? they shoudl improve next year so yeah he gets a mention)
Jim o Brian (gets some recognition for celtics turnaround)
Fearless Prediction: Jim o Brian, celts will be number one in the east next ear behind MVP Pierce and o brians tough defensive philosophy.
thats all from me, what are your Fearless Predictions??
