That was a great trade for the blazers..
now if they can move mighty mouse to the bench or trade him..

starting line up
antonio daniels - finally can show his skills
Derek Anderson - If healthy he can fill it up
Bonzi Wells - solid
rasheed -
Dale Davis - sorry dale but your the guy to foul shaq
-- the bench is solid again --
scottie - your getting old buddy
zach randolph - hopefully hell finally get some run
qyntel woods - should be ok as long as he stays off the pipe
s. kemp - yea hes still making 10 million a year
mighty mouse - energy off the bench
jason jennings - a clumsy 7 footer who can foul shaq

i think this team will be alright but what do yall think
maybe if they can get a real coach?? then their record would improve

Blazers...

Look for the Blazers to possible sign Arvydas Sabonis. I not sure if he would start or not, I'm betting he would come off the bench, but he would be a great addition. Your also forgeting Ruben Patterson.

Starting Lineup:
C-Dale Davis
PF-Rasheed Wallace
SF-Scottie Pippen
SG-Bonzi Wells
PG-Antonio Daniels

Bench:
Damon Stoudamire PG
Arvydas Sabonis C
Derek Anderson SG/SF
Ruben Patterson SF
Zach Randolph PF
Shawn Kemp C/PF
Qyntel Woods SG/SF

I am confused.

Have they resigned Bonzi? I didn't think it was a given that he would be back.

Also, I don't know if Antonio Daniels is an upgrade over Damon. Damon is a better distributer (at 8.4 assists per 48 minutes to Daniels' 5.1), a better scorer (at 17.4 points per 48 minutes with 40.2 FG% and 35.3 3P% and 88.8 FT% to Daniel's 16.7 per 48 w/ 44.0 FG%, 29.1 3P%, & 75.2 FT%), and argueably even a better defender on quick PGs. All that being said, Daniels is a nice addition since he presents a different look to throw at Kobe after Ruben Patterson bangs him for awhile. (These guys really cannot stop Kobe.) I just wouldn't jump to the conclusion that Daniels will start.

In case you were wondering, at 5 inches shorter, Stoudamire is also the better rebounder at 5.0 per 48 to Daniels' 3.8.

Many teams are interested in Daniels, T-Wolves;Cavs,etc... maybe they have a deal in the works to ship out Daniels or possibly Stoudamire. I though McInnis was closed to signing with Portland. He could sign with the T-Wolves, Cavs, Lakers, etc...
