I thought that there always was and that the Celtics always wore green. Just like the Red Sox always play a Spring Training game with green jersies and hats on St. Patrick's Day.

I think I actually went on St. Patrick's Day last year.

I went on St Pats about seven years ago. We schooled the clippers, which was to be expected at the time, but it was fun. Three rows behind the Clippers bench. Oddly, I can't remember if they wore green or not

I was thinking last night that it was very odd that the Celts didn't have a home game on St. Pats day too....that is something the league should make sure never happens again. Celtics & St. Pats day go hand in hand.
