Cleveland traded G WESLEY PERSON to Memphis for G NICK ANDERSON and draft rights to F MATT BARNES.

Denver traded F ANTONIO McDYESS, draft rights to G FRANK WILLIAMS and a 2003 second-round pick to New York for C MARCUS CAMBY, G MARK JACKSON and draft rights to F NENE HILARIO.

L.A. Lakers traded G LINDSEY HUNTER and draft rights to F CHRIS JEFFERIES to Toronto for F TRACY MURRAY and draft rights to G KAREEM RUSH.

Orlando traded draft rights to C CURTIS BORCHARDT to Utah for draft rights to F RYAN HUMPHREY and F/C JAMAL SAMPSON.

Philadelphia traded G SPEEDY CLAXTON to San Antonio for F MARK BRYANT and draft rights to G/F JOHN SALMONS and F RANDY HOLCOMB.

Yeah, I think that was a bad trade for NY. Nene will likely end up being as good or almost as good as McDyess. Good deal for the Nuggets though since MCdyess was gonna bolt anyway, gives them a nice young core. I would worry more about Denver than I would the Knicks, but I still think the Bulls have a better chance than either of then at seeing the playoffs. Atlanta has a similar chance if they stay healthy.


Best trades of teh nigt: Denver, LA Lakers, and Memphis. Memphis will be awfully good with Person in the mix IMO.
