Apparently Irving is questionable with some sort of illness. Not sure it makes that big of a difference, even though Curry might be out of that game too.

I know it sounds crazy, but tonight's game is a must-win for the Lakers after this past weekend. Otherwise all of that goes down the drain and we start all over.

Kobe and Dwight off to a good start despite Dwight's Kwame hands.

Wow, Kobe did a good job faking going to the pull-up 3 there and instead got the great look on the floater that missed. That 3 looked like it would've been in perfect rhythm, though. He might want that one back.

I wish Earl Clark had played like this when he had the 'fro in ORL.

Nah, I think he'll stick with it for a while. One loss doesn't mean it's not a recipe for success.

Pistons with only one bright spot tonight. Drummond given 28 minutes... responds with an 18/18 night.

Am I the only one seeing the VERY positive comparisons between these two game logs...

Just felt like pointing that out. Drummond still only averaging 2/3 the minutes that Howard was averaging from day one. But his rate numbers are really favorable. Don't care what the box score was tonight. Kid had 18/18 in 28 minutes, and it isn't any sort of a fluke. I'm going to be an Andre Drummond fan boy for so long as he's a Piston.

Lake Show looking like it's supposed to on O. Dat ball movement...

I feel like it's out of his comfort zone and assume, perhaps cynically, that he'd rather it not work so he can go back to playing the way he's used to. I'm convinced he's willing to do anything that results in winning basketball, so depends how convinced he is of its virtues.

Any opinion why they're 0-6 when he plays 25+?
