He's gonna try to light us up tonight... that's almost a given. We should throw Khryapa at him and see how things go.
He is gonna try hard but i hope we keep him locked down.Kryapha on him will be interesting if it happens.
Yep, Ruben is going to try to terrorize us tonight... after the game he will likely make a comment about John Nash. We all know this. What we need to do is put a smaller defender on him and watch Ruben pick up about 3 offensive fouls for running the guy over. Ruben picks up at least 2 of those a game. HE did it with us, and he is still doing it with Denver. He has his back to the basket and you know he isn't going to shoot it. Ruben is going to turn and drive straight to the hoop. That is what he does. And when he has a smaller defender on him he will usually just run them over.
What we really have to worry about in this game is Denver cherry picking and running the break. They pick up soooo many cheap points like that. This will be a long game if we aren't able to stop that.

I think the Rube knows our weakness' and plans on exploiting them tonight. The Ruben Factor will be in full effect. All we have to do is concentrate on stopping 'Melo, though. Let 'ol Mr. Knucklehead have his faux glory, but stick it to Anthony. I say Khryapa guards Carmelo tonight. Put Webster, and Lenard in to take care of Ruben... er try, that is. Give Webster some practice. That's pretty much what this game is about anyways.

Ruben doesn't have the skills to "light us up" he'll play hard and with intensity like he always does. Nothing new there.
On the radio earlier, they interviewed him and he said that he's expecting lots of love from the crowd. He wasn't being sarcastic, he is thinking there will be a lot of 'we miss you Ruben' signs. He might be right.

Najera won't be playing tonight.
Ruben had a good game against the Blazers, and a couple of dazzling dunks. The Blazers couldn't stop the ball at all when it came to the Nuggets going to the basket. Nobody on the Blazers could even slow down Melo. Most of the night Outlaw guarded Melo, and Melo had his way with him.

FYI - We havent been able to stop ANYONE this season!
