I wouldn't mind to know either. Sorry, Air Fly I just don't see how you can pick Carter over Wade...
It's not too complicated. He said he wasn't just basing it off of this season, meaning probably their careers. Vince in his first 3 years easily dominates Wade and his first 3 years. You can say Wade got further in the playoffs blah yada....But Carter got to the 2nd round literally by himself and was 2 points away from the conf. finals and the finals. Unless Wade wins a championship this year, my mind won't change. 2. Carter 3. Wade . That and I still think Vince is a better overall player. He's got a better offensive game and is comparable on defense.

Yeh, but still i don't think he should be that low anyways. How come you have manu that high? what did he do this year? i don't think he's better than J-rich or JJ.
It is just one game, but whenever I think of Joe Johnson and Manu Ginobili, I think of how Manu absolutely abused him in that 48 point game Manu had last season, where the Spurs made a 18 point come back in the 4th quarter.

I just did my ratings based on who I would want playing shooting guard for my team. I would rather have Ginobili over the guys below him on my list. Feel free to disagree, I know many do. That's why we all get to make lists of our own. :)

Injuries notwithstanding, and not only counting this season, this is who I would pick at shooting guard if I were building a team.

1) Dwyane Wade
2) Joe Johnson
3) Mike Miller
4) Jason Richardson
5) Vince Carter
6) Ray Allen
7) Larry Hugues
8) Richard Hamilton
9) Michael Redd
10) Kobe Bryant(I hate him)

Obviously if he's 10 on your list..

even the haters would have to be reaching big time to do that.. let alone find 9 better at the Sg position!
I know, but that's how much I hate him. At least I'm being upfront about it. Talent-wise, he would be #2 on my list...rapist-wise, #1.

This guy is one of the best if u not the best of all time. He basically ignore all the facts, pure hate and the good thing is, he even admits he hates the guy.

He was a much better poster than what I was when I was 13, I think that's his age at the moment.

This is a subjective list. If it wasn't - if there was a formula - everybody's list would be the same. I made my list based on who I would choose to build my team. I wouldn't choose Kobe because I doubt his character and commitment to team-play.

Bigger, no ego, and all things being equal(minutes) Mike Miller would be a better rebounder, nearly as good a passer, and Miller is a better overall shooter(check the percentages). They are both, however, injury-prone.

Ohhhh, in that case

Matt Bonner >>> Mike Miller
Bonner is bigger, no ego, and all things being equal(minutes) Matt Bonner would be a better rebounder, nearly as good a passer, and Bonner is an equal overall shooter(.461 to .453 for Mike). Mike Miller is however injury prone

See how stupid that sounded. Don't compare player by stating if Player A played as many minutes as Player B then Player A would be better, thats stupid, it doens't take into account the fact that maybe somebody can't produce for an extended period of time.

Okay, you take Matt Bonner - I'll take Mike Miller. If it will calm you down and back you off from calling everything "stupid", I'll just take the stats that Miller currently gets with the minutes that he plays. He still shoots better percentages, can shoot it from deep, take it to the hole, looks for open teammates, and is a decent rebounder. I understand you think Vince Carter is better and I can understand why, I just don't happen to agree. Good enough?
