First question: I'm a ball player who's 5'11 and when i jump two legs i hang on the rim but when i jump one leg i just touch the rim so for a player who's my height does it matter two or one leg jump?

Second question: I can't jump high with the ball on my hands as i jump without the ball. Like without the ball i use my arms when i jump and with the ball on my hands i can't use my arms good as good without the ball, how should i train?
