Not a success story but I recently became obsessed with basketball, to the point where I'd play every day for around 2-3 hours. After training I was watching videos, how NBA players are dunking :D

I'm about 6'3 but I've never had any jumping skill whatsoever, I've never really trained legs either. I've always been able to touch at least the backboard and I just started jumping more and more every time I played and got up to being able to grab rim with one hand. I've recently started a jumping program that I can do in home, no need equipment.

As of now, I can throw a dunk with one hand, and I believe if I train more, I can throw tomahawk dunk :D
