Well, it seems its rated based upon expectations - but i really dont understand the B

Well, i did the math.

So if 51 points = B.

And a B = 80 percentile score.

Then an A would have had to be 63.75 points!

That's pretty high expectations for Dirk. Of course this was only based on scoring. I didn't factor in any of the other stats because basically im not really good at math.
