Two interesting games. I want to see what Duquesne does on the road. They have an aggressive team with good defensive guards. Jimmy "Tre" Clark has been a good pick up for the Dukes.Let the conference bloodbath begin. The Wildcats at the Rams of the Bronx looks like an interesting one.
Great defense eh?Yikes, Fordham makes two buckets in the first 9:27 and is only down 6.
It is weird to me because I always think of Rose Hill as having the softest rims in any A10 Arena.Great crowd at the Fordham game to see the worst shooting since the Neubauer era. Wasted opportunity because Davidson is not good.
For Dayton, turnovers continue to be a problem.Dayton beats Duquesne 69-57. Pretty sloppy game. Dukes played 12 guys, Dayton played 7. Flyers had a bit more consistent inside/outside scoring.
How many did they have? I thought they did pretty well considering Duquesne's identity seems to be tough D and turning people over. For Dayton, turnovers continue to be a problem.
They had 19 with the freshman pg having 6.How many did they have? I thought they did pretty well considering Duquesne's identity seems to be tough D and turning people over.
Yeah, tough without Smith and Elvis. Some good interior passing to Holmes though. They had 19 with the freshman pg having 6.
the only thing soft last night at Fordham was our players. It is weird to me because I always think of Rose Hill as having the softest rims in any A10 Arena.
Rick Majerus used to say that the best thing about Freshmen is that become Sophomores. Unfortunately, now that we have NIL, they might become somebody else’s Sophomores after they hurt your team as Freshmen. They had 19 with the freshman pg having 6.
