OK first off all, change the whole lineup. We are not winning nor developing with this one, and its bothering me.

Starters: (I like Tommy's Idea)

Blount
Hunter (this is Tommy's)
Pierce
Jiri
Banks

Mihm can sub both, Hunter and Blount. Divide it like this:
Hunter plays 4 minutes, then Mihm comes in...with 2 minutes to go Blount comes out Mihm moves to center and Hunter plays PF.

1st quarter
Blount 10 minutes
Mihm 8 minutes
Hunter 6 minutes, and they continue like that...that should give us at least one rebounder at time...if they can't rebound, Mihm and Hunter at least know how to block out, and won't be pushed around.

Pierce at SG sucks, and he should handle the ball at all. Right now he's doing the same thing Antoine did...he "demands" the ball in his hands....

Let Jiri develop along with Banks, because Jiri can't lead a fast break if his life depended on it. James becomes the "Shoot 1st, pass 2nd" point guard, and Banks leads us. Let Davis get as much time as possible at the 2/3 spot, because he can score if nothing else, and make him play the same style of offense as he did in Cleveland, because he, like everyone else that comes to this team, is totaly lost and being wasted.

Any time thats left over, give it to Perkins.

Try to use Jones, if you don't like him trade him alongside with McCarty. Jones and McCarty to a team that is looking for FA's (3million isn't bad) in 2.5 years, and trade Yogi to a team that's looking at the FA market next year.

Draft Okafor.....IF you don't think Okafor is good enough and want a Tim Duncan/KG type player, trade our lottery first rounder for 2 future 1st rounders, trade it to a team that will have no talent in 3-5 years, and use their picks in 2006/7 or 8/9 and try to rebuild like that...also hope that those picks will be in the top 5 alongside our own picks that should be in the top 3.

Jumaine Jones played so good for Larry Brown, but then that was a team who had/has guards who rotate well & big guys who actually box out and rebound.

This team should be playing Paul at the #3 - with Jumain as his back up, Davis at the #2, and bring Jiri off the bench for #1, #2, or even the #3 back up if Jumaine is out.

Maybe a shake up like the one you have would give this team something to shoot for - as the playoffs don't seem to be in the realm of possibility if this team continues to lose. How many in a row now?

How about something as simple as not playing waltah, not complaining to the refs over every foul call...
