Sorry to post this here, but i only trust Laker fans. My Rep power is 3 and i only have 250ish posts, yet some people, have like 1000 posts and 1 rep power. What does this exactly mean? Am i evil? And whats all this "donate" points and all this?

You've got 3 as your Rep Power. This is how much you can add to a person's reputation. This is determined by how long you've been a member of this site and also the number of posts you've got.

The "green things" are a representation of a poster's reputation. Each box signifies 100 rep points recieved from other posters. A red box would mean a poster has got negative rep points. This is determined by how other posters feel about you as a poster and your posts. If you'd like to know exactly how much is your reputation, go to User CP and then scroll down. There should be a section titled "Latest Reputation Received".

As for the points. They are called uCash. You can use them to bet on games in the 'uCash Sportsbook' (check the left column), use them in the RPG game itself or even sticky your own thread without being a moderator (that's what sloth has done on the Bulls board). The "donate" button is to donate some of your points to the chosen poster. An example of such donation is on the game threads in the Raptors board, where Turkish Delight offers 1000 uCash points to the poster that posts the most in the game thread.

Hope this helps...

I knew I've forgotten something!

To rep someone's post, click on the "balance thingy" in the middle of the 3 buttons. It's at the bottom of the poster's profile (left hand side of the post itself), under the rep power.

By the way, in case you guys haven't notice, the round thing (left of the 3 buttons) shows whether that poster is online or not. Green if online, grey if offline.
