Jim Jackson was one third of the Three J’s Dallas Mavericks trio of superstars along with Jamal Mashburn and Jason Kidd, and had a lot of promise as a potential NBA megastar who knew how to score points, had the on court production values but for some reason he ends up playing for 12 NBA teams for some odd reason despite all that talent.

Why did NBA coaches and teammates show disdain for Jim Jackson? Somethings not right when you have all that talent and be made to bounce around the league.

Is it because Jim Jackson couldn’t get along with teammates, coaches and general managers or work well with others that led to his demise?

Did he have a short temper stemming from his outspoken personality and general lack of professionalism?
