the celtic dynasty would have lasted atleast 5 more years. I remember being devestated when i heard the news. It is sad to imagine what the game would have been like if he had lived. It surely, would have added to the effectiveness of bird. Man...after all these years that still bothers me.

ya your right now...

i feel even worse. I was the only guy in my highschool who liked the Celtics, everyone else was a lakers fan. That was basketball like we will never see again.

hey tom you certainly didnt go to highschool on the east coast because everyone hated the lakers,still do.i'm not sure how long the celtics dynasty would have lasted after they got bias.i dont think it would have been 5 years,bird and mchale were starting to pick up some injuries and the pistons were coming pretty hard.lets just say it was a big blow for the celts.

i lived in Cincy at that point...and Bias was awesome. Injuries on boston came because later on in their careers they had absolultely no bench.
