Worst Team In The NBA Right Now?

Worst team is definitely the Blazers. At least for the 2nd half of the season. They get blown out EVERY night.

I second that. It doesn't exactly look cheery in New York either although their most recent transactions have improved them marginally.

Yeah, the Blazers. They don't have any players that are good, and their young talent isn't very good either. Telfair is their best prospect, and he looks like he'll be a starting calibur point guard and nothing more most realistically.

At the beginning of the season I thought my Sonics were the worst but I think we can reach the playoffs next year because we still have talent. I would have to agree with you guys on the Blazers, they don't seem to have any good players. Their getting blown out every game it seems.

I am a Blazers fan, and I am just appalled.... oh wait...yeah, actualy I agree too.
I like some of the young guys, but the will take some time. I think Telfair, Jarrett Jack, Travis Outlaw and Martell Webster will all be solid players....but they need to put some work in.
And you guys are correct. Blazers are the worst team in the league, at least for the second half of the season.

It has to be the Blazers. Just as bad as the Knicks, but without the reality show entertainment value.

Bobcats tanked the season mainly due to injuries, they seem to have a very talented young team. Knicks are talented, just can't play together.
Blazers ... yeah, they are the worst.

Knicks at least have some huge contracts that will expire in a few years, some significant tradeable assets, and Channing Frye. Wolves aren't even a horrible team and they have one of the best players in the league.

I agree except for your opinion of Telfair. Once he starts getting consistent minutes, as he should have been pretty much from the start, he'll improve a lot. I think he's likely to be one of the better scorers at his position and one of the best distributors.

the only reason the wolves are decent is because they lucked out and got KG
he's carried this team ever since he got there.
apart from that the wolves have made multiple terrible decisions ( eg. the joe smith fiasco ).
mchale is terrible..

im not bashin them, they are my team.. but even i can see they are run terribly.
portland apart from telfair is a very poor team, and a very poorly run team aswell.
the knicks backcourt contracts alone are going to keep that team down for quite some time... frye is the one piece of that team that really shows flashes of bringing respect back to a knicks squad that with all that talent has become just plain bad

Telfair and oden would be awesome actually.
i dont think the blazers are lucky enough to land oden though... just doesnt feel like the team he's gonna end up on. weird i know

portland really does suck but as they do have a legitmate talent albeit inconsistent talent in randolph he can pull them across the line in some games, even against teams they shouldn't beat.

the knicks on the other hand are just a joke. steph and franchise took a combined 11shots the other day. i think not only is it wrong system but they have become terrible players in general. i mean u can hate there style all u want but both were good for 20-5-5 more or less 3 years ago. and now they suck and they're getting paid more than the detroit starting 5
