I cant believe..
Why did devean george sign with the lakers.. he could be a star on another team.. if he went to washington or utah he would have been time productive.. now hes gonna have to battle fox and rush for minutes

also chauncey will be a stud in detroit.. what do yall think?

I guess he cared more about championships than an opportunity to succeed.

Also, a future lineup of Kobe/Rush/George at the 1/2/3 is possible, as Kobe often defends the other pointguards anyways, along with playing the creator role in the offense.

(also, I don't think he'll ever "be a star," no matter what team he's on. He's a good athlete, and a good defender... but I can't see him being a star)

I think that re-signing with the Lakers will be good for George's career. If he was to go to a team that really needed him to come in and produce it could go well, and it might not. Staying with the Lakers will prolong his career and allow him to get better. If he would have left and not helped the team which he signed with, it could regulate him to pine rider for the entire contract length. He has some stability and when this contract is up he can test the waters again.

He could've had more PT in a place like New York...he wanted Championships over Playing Time.
