I dont know, all i can say is Collins should be a great backup PF/C.

Cant wait till Jizzy see this thread. "Learn the game, junior" :rotf:
Collins has played 7 minutes.

Compare him to Eddie Griffin.

Blount is a center. Compare him to Krstic.

I take COLLINS over Blount because Collins is a NET and I don't root for the opposing team's big man especially when he outscores ours.

Anymore pseudo Nets fans around here?

wow. definition of a no name calling.
And for the umpsandth time in his career, Mark Blount DISAPPEARS in the 4th quarter both offensively and defensively.

If you don't show up in the 4th quarter, you can't get the most important stat which is the W.

Reason why the T'wolves are out of the playoffs picture.
and collins was present in what quarter of this game?

homer: n. Someone who shows blind loyalty to a team or organization, typically ignoring any shortcomings or faults they have.

Then why don't you become a Wolves fan? You are clearly the president of the "Mark Blount" fan club
Mark Blount sucks. Really, really bad.

I would never want a loser like that on my team.

Name calling is not allowed.

yea, blount is good~! And collins is a good backup, but this thread is useless because we can't make that trade now :(
Blount's defense isn't exactly awe-inspiring...
I'm just going to leave it like this. Any person who wants Blount on their team is a moron. Look at his contrace, look at the fact that he kills the chemistry of a team. Look at the fact that you're team will go nowhere with him. The Celtics traded him and are in the running for a playoffs spot. Granted Wally World has something to do with it but they were happy as hell to get rid of him. If you want Blount, get off this forum. (Cough, cough, some posters in this thread and forum) You know who you are
lol Blount has a career night and you act like he's been producing consistantly for years.

neither is collins'.

what does being a loser have to do with anything if you can play?

who said about being a fan of what team here? why can't we be basketball fans and objectively compare two players? does whatever team they play on have anything to do with it? if you guys really knew how to help our team, you would want the best players on our team, and that would be blount. whoever is supporting collins just because he plays for the nets is a blind supporter, aka another word already mentioned in this thread. (no namecalling? you call that namecalling? what are we, in 3rd grade here?)
lol, career night? doesn't he start for the wolves? can you list for everyone to see how many times he has scored in double digits this year? how many times he has passed 18 pts?

put the wolves in the east and they'll be in the playoffs.
stats aren't everything buddy... i'm guessing you were a big fan of marc jackson

However that may be, Blount's averaging 9.5 ppg and 4.7 rpg. Both are around the NBA average for forwards, which are 9.1 and 4.8 respectively. For centers, the average is 7.5 ppg, but 5.4 rpg. While he may have a good game every now and then, like tonight, his overall contributions do not leap out. And, while he's scored more than 18 points a dozen times, he's only grabbed double figure rebounds twice all season. It may be a bit too soon to tout him as a great.
