Way way to much. JON is a huge choker in the playoffs. Peja always has great seasons but dissapears also. When he was a MVP candidate he averaged 26ppg, in the playoffs a mere 17 per. Stephen Jackson is the wildcard. Peter Vescey said it best "Stephen Jackson can either his team or hurt it" I personally think the Nets can take them out in 5 games.

well I don't think they'll be in the ECF but I hope they get to upset Miami

New Jersey Nets have had their # in the past but their's some new players involved we'll see what happens if the 2 meet up in the playoffs

Here are the Nets' potential 1st round opponents.

Wizards
Bucks
76ers
Pacers

Out of those teams, Indiana is by far the toughest.

Sure the Nets can beat the Pacers, but it would be better to avoid them.

I want New Jersey to meet Miami later down the road so the world can witness the Nets beat them.
Right now the Playoff seedings would be as follows:

1. Detroit
8. Philly

4. Cleveland
5. Washington

3. New Jersey
6. Indiana

2. Miami
7. Milwaukee

I bolded my projected winners. Detroit would go on to beat Cleveland & NJ could beat Miami then I predict a NJ - Detroit matchup in the East Finals.

The thing with Pacers is that they play well against us. Thats the main reason Nets fans don't want to face them
at least we have home court advantage against them.

I agree...
The Pacers are a lot like the Nets IMHO. On any given night they have a chance to beat any team in the league, but they both under achieve. Indiana has had a lot of injuries so they have a better excuse. With the Nets it's been complexity throughout the season. Either way....that's why I fear the Pacers. They have an ample chance to take out NJ in the first round. If they match up with Miami they have a chance to take them out in the first round. Who'd you rather face in the 2nd? Miami or Indiana? I'm hoping Indiana hits that 7th seed.
