Baron and Jamaal for Vince?

I couldn't read the article, but if that's the suggestion, that is a pipe dream.

I'm not a Baron Davis fan. I think he fits into the Steve Francis-type mold of a player who takes a ton of bad shots, pads his stats, doesn't make his teammates better and doesn't lead his team to significant victories.

Regardless, Davis and Magloire for Carter doesn't work CBA-wise and it is too lopsided.

Getting Magloire likely necessitates a third team being involved in the trade. Magloire's BYC status is complex and it makes it difficult to deal him.

Baron Davis is one guy that may be considered even more of a injury risk than VC.

 

If that was a deal that was offered ( i highly, highly doubt) the Raptors would have already taken it because the Hornets get raped hard up the *** in that trade. If Babcock does not do this he should get fired and have his head checked.

 

Youd essentially be trading two perennialy injured players with semi bad attitudes for eachother...

Baron really is a great guy and does a lot in the New Orleans community but that trade demand just rubbed me the wrong way...
